VA Loan Eligibility
At this time we can only provide certificates for veterans in the State of Texas or moving to Texas.
VA purchase loans require a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) before obtaining financing. To get your COE, click here to download a request form (VA Form 26-1880). Complete the form by clicking in each box, then print, sign, and fax it back to us at 512-646-0801 or mail it to our office here. Include your email address in Box #5 so that we can send your certificate by email or contact you for more information. If you have the "Member 4 Copy" of your DD-214 available, please include it with your fax. Our turnaround time is usually just one business day. If you don't hear from us by then, call Chad. If you served in the Reserves or National Guard, or you used your VA home loan benefits before, we may need to gather additional information from you.
