Bowman Finance, LLC, is owned and operated by Chad Bowman, a licensed Texas Mortgage Broker (License #74698).  Our company specializes in home loans for military veterans in Texas.  This includes VA and Texas Vet loans, as well as conventional programs.  In addition, we provide VA and Texas Vet workshops to real estate professionals.   Operating under our own broker license allows us to do business directly with the big banks and wholesale lenders, reducing our costs and passing the savings onto our customers.  All of our loans are originated and processed at our Austin office and funded at the title company of your choice.  Over the years we've provided home loans to local police officers, school teachers, business owners, employees of the VA and Texas Veterans Land Board, retirees, and even a reality TV finalist on Donald Trump's The Apprentice.

About Chad Bowman

Originally from Philadelphia, Chad proudly served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps infantry before earning his bachelor’s degree as a Finance and Business Honors major at the University of Texas at Austin.  He has since held senior finance and project management positions with Fortune 500 companies and has been originating and processing residential mortgages since 2004.  Chad lives in Northwest Austin with his wife Tara, son Will, and rescue dog Bear.
